We had our first workshop on Wednesday, we hadn't started our work experience yet so they set up fun workshops on Wednesday. I was happy enough to go and have fun because out Guidance Counselor had said we had to bring a pair of heels so I was interested on what we would do. I got my shoes ready in my school bag and went to bed at 12 am. The next morning the my first alarm went of at 6 am and then my second one at 6:30 am and finally at 7 am because lets be honest, no one ever wakes up on the exact time.
I suddenly didn't want to go to school but that's the everyday morning feeling.I got ready and off we went, of course we had to stop at spar to get coke and crisp etc.. because well i don't even need to explain food.
When we got there we had 3 workshop the first one we went to was first aid and as great as it is to learn first aid I wasn't to exited it was 9:05 the class wasn't hopping of the roof yet we where all really tired and barley talking as much. The speaker was very very very puny, he was very nice and tried hard to include everyone and get us turned up and yet this was at 9:05 am at that time I seriously didn't even know where I was, I had take myself out of zombie mode and that's usually at like 11 am because lets be honest nobody got time for that.
After break we had elegance and these two beautiful women walked in the room like they just bought the damn school. They had so much confident and this good vibe in the room. The first thing I thought was "Thank god I came in and brought my heels" because I was just about to learn how to walk in like a boss and indeed I did learn how to walk and dress like a 'lady' I also left that room with my hands smelling like a unicorn just popped on my hands because that smell was heaven to me. That cream got me feeling some type of way.
The last workshop turned everyone up. We were bouncing of the walls and everyone really came out of there shells, I've always been out of mine but you know the others and the thing that was just the best thing about it was the food because come on? its food. It got me feeling all types of ways, w
e had music and dancing and it was just positive and I honestly hope that 'Positive Parties' goes worldwide and she gets everything she wants in life cause if that women can life up a class of 15/16 year old teenage girls, she can be president.
All In all it wasn't an AMAZING, UNBELIEVABLE AND LIFE CHANGING day. It was chill and cool and if I could do it again I dunno I just might. hey, Its only the first activity we have done so far, I'm gonna give it some slack. Deuces☻
